Shape of Night: Busby Berkeley Nocturne

The Shape of Night: Busby Berkeley Nocturne

Greenspace outside Cargill Lounge
2 am

Bring your sleeping bag to participate and be documented in this happening with choreographer Megan Mayer, creating a Busby Berkeley kaleidoscopic composition. Mayer will lead an impromptu circular dance incorporating sleep positions from McSweeney’s The Secret Language of Sleep: A Couple’s Guide to Thirty-Nine Positions by Evany Thomas and Amelia Bauer. The audience will be the performers. Come play follow-the-leader, repeat patterns, and explore silence and movement in this giant slumber party.
