Sarah Peters is an artist, writer, educator and arts programmer. She is the recipient of a Jerome Grant for Book Arts through the Minnesota Center for Book Arts where occasionally teaches workshops. Peters worked in public and interpretive programs at the Walker Art Center for ten years and is currently co-editing a book on the Walker’s Open Field project. As the food coordinator of Northern Spark she gets to engage her wide-ranging interest in eating.
